Web and mobile applications|Krakow

Applications for companies that think long-term.

We build web and mobile applications for companies - new ones and the ones already running at our clients that have stopped keeping up with the growth of the business. We favour long-term solutions - architecture and code that can be developed for years, without costly rewrites at every major change.

Why companies come to us.

If any of these apply to your business - you're in the right place. These are situations we support our clients with every day: we build systems or automate processes.

Your business runs on Excel, email and "I keep it in my head".
You have a system, but it's so old it makes work harder rather than easier.
Clients, orders and quotes scattered across five tools that don't work together.
Sales reps spend hours on quotes, each doing it differently.
You don't know what stage a client is at until you ask someone.
Repetitive work eats up a lot of time, and in the end everything comes back to you anyway.
Reports? Assembled manually and after the deadline.
You know an app or system would solve the problem - there was just never time to deal with it.

These are exactly the moments when we build an application or automate a process.
One system instead of ten spreadsheets.

How we help

From chaos to a system that genuinely works.

It's easiest to see on concrete examples. We take a process or system that's slowing the company down, and leave a tool the team actually uses and that can be developed for years.

What concretely changes:

The old system comes back to life. We modernise it so it can be developed again - without rewriting everything from scratch.
Repetitive work stops burdening your team. The application takes it over, running it automatically in the background.
Scattered data lands in one place. One system instead of five versions across five tools.

What we do

Applications that speed up your team's work.

We build web and mobile applications for companies - creating new ones and modernising existing ones. We automate repetitive daily work inside, so you don't just get a pretty interface, but a tool that genuinely saves your team hours of work. We deploy artificial intelligence where it genuinely pays off - not for show.

Web and mobile applications

Systems, dashboards and platforms for businesses - web and mobile. Built from scratch and modernised legacy applications. Clean code that reads clearly a year later without documentation.

02

Process automation

We turn manual processes into systems that run themselves. Quoting, document flow, reports, workflows - what takes up the most of your team's time gets handled by the application. Best example: a configurator that generates a quote automatically - time saved from 45 minutes to 5.

System integrations

We connect systems that never worked together before. ERP, CRM, e‑commerce, industry tools - REST, webhooks, queues. Data transfers itself automatically between systems.

How it works
Process

From discovery to a working system - five steps.

A repeatable system we've used for 10 years. Each stage has a concrete output and a decision point: do we proceed, or adjust course.

Discovery

1-2 workshop sessions. We get to know the process, users and business context. We leave with a plan of what's genuinely worth automating or building.

3-5 days

Specification + estimate

User stories, wireframes, tech stack, project schedule. Fixed price or hourly with a pre-agreed budget - full cost predictability from day one.

1 week

Prototype + implementation

We start work on the software. First we build a prototype, then - once it is approved - we move on to coding. We adapt how often we are in touch to the client's availability.

4-16 wks

Deployment

We test the system, prepare the technical documentation, deploy it to the server and then hand over full ownership of the code and infrastructure.

1 week

Maintenance

Bug SLA: critical in 8h, standard in 24h. Feature development on a fixed monthly budget. We don't disappear after go-live. Most often, once the rollout is over, we look after the application on a fixed, agreed budget and make sure it stays up to date. We also offer an optional SLA: critical bugs in 8h, standard ones in 24h.

Behind each deployment are years of practice and real systems running in production. Here are a few of them - with data from long-term engagements.

CLH · Vehicle Leasing · Quote engine

Leasing quote calculator with multi-level discounts

A UK vehicle leasing broker processed Personal and Business quotes manually. Every discount at manufacturer, dealer and model level was calculated separately in spreadsheets. We built a quote engine with multi-level discounts, CAP HPI integration and an order workflow from enquiry to delivery.

Pan Perfekt · Referrals · Automatic commissions

Automatic commission calculation in a referral programme

Before the app, referrers submitted deals by email or phone and the store settled commissions manually in spreadsheets. Now every referral goes through the app, the store sees everything in a panel and the referrer tracks status and earnings in real time.

Local tradesperson matching by distance

A client posts a construction job once and waits for quotes from local tradespeople. No calling around and no landing on firms that don't operate in the area.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Something missing from this list? Write to us - we'll add it.

How much does an app or automation cost?
The cost depends on scope, but in practice the range is usually 20-200k PLN. A smaller automation or configurator starts from a few thousand; a larger, platform-class system reaches the upper end. We agree on the billing model - a fixed price or hourly rate with a budget capped upfront - before we start, so the cost boundaries are known before the first line of code. We present a precise amount after discovery, once the process and business goal are clear.
How long does delivery take?
The first automation or configurator is usually 4-8 weeks, larger projects 2-4 months. Discovery and the estimate take a few days - the project completion date is given before signing the contract.
What do I get at the end - code, documents?
Full source code in the client's repository (GitHub), API documentation, a deployment guide, and credentials and keys handed over through a secure channel. Ownership of the application - code and infrastructure - stays with the client from day one after delivery. There is no lock-in to a single vendor: the project can be developed with us, in-house, or anywhere else.
What happens after launch - maintenance?
Yes - we offer maintenance packages with a guaranteed SLA (critical bugs in 8h, others in 24h). Each package also includes a fixed pool of development hours: small improvements and updates that keep the application in step with changes in the company and the market, so it does not age technologically. After deployment, a team that knows the system inside out stays with the project.
Do we sign an NDA?
Yes, before we exchange any details. On request we sign an NDA before the brief, so both sides can talk openly about processes, data and ideas. We treat confidentiality as a standard of cooperation, not a box to tick.
How does billing work - fixed price or hourly?
By default the first scope - an automation, a configurator or the first version of the app - is delivered at a fixed price, i.e. one predictable amount. Further development usually runs on a fixed monthly budget or hourly billing with limits agreed upfront. We match the model to the project stage, not the other way round - so the cost stays predictable.
