myDVS: Leasing platform for UK brokers

About the project

myDVS is a British platform for selling vehicle leasing, used by brokerage firms - intermediaries between the customer and the finance company. Brokers prepare quotes in it, guide the customer through the whole process - from calculation, through documents, to electronic signature - and publish offers on comparison portals. One platform serves many brokers: each runs under its own domain, with its own logo, colours and integration set, while sharing a common base of vehicles and rates. The system calculates quotes for three forms of leasing: personal, business and Salary Sacrifice (a car paid for from the employee's gross salary).

Our role

Long-term technology partner - we work on the platform from architecture, through successive functional modules, to new external system integrations. Each stage closes with a working production deployment.

Timeline

What we built

• One platform for many brokers - each gets their own domain, logo, colours and integration config without a separate deployment
• Personal and Business lease calculator with live pricing; Salary Sacrifice with a UK tax engine (Benefit-in-Kind, NI, CO2, electric range)
• Order workflow from enquiry to delivery - 20 states, full change and comment history, attachments, CRM sync on every state change
• CAP HPI integration (vehicle technical data, nightly sync) and IDS (automatic image download and processing)
• Automatic order export to Salesforce and Quotevine - one click in the broker dashboard
• Used vehicle import from the Lex database - hundreds of records automatically, separate configuration per broker
• Offer publication to 11 UK comparison portals (AutoTrader, LeaseLoco, Carwow and others) - files generated and uploaded on schedule without broker involvement
• PDF invoices, broker statements, e-signatures via Signable, premium account payments via Stripe
• Customer portal in the broker's branding - the customer tracks order status and downloads documents without contacting the broker
