Pan Perfekt: Referral program app

About the project

Pan Perfekt is a premium home appliance retailer that pays a commission to people who recommend its products - for every item sold. The app runs the whole referral programme and replaces spreadsheets and calls to the administrator: the referrer picks products from the catalogue, submits a referral with the client's details and a price slider (margin visible instantly), then tracks the sale status and their earnings in a panel with payout history. Works identically on iOS, Android and in the browser.

Our role

We built the app end-to-end - design, architecture and implementation from scratch. Referral submission, commission calculation and the link to the store's system. The app is live on iOS, Android and in the browser.

Timeline

1. One app, three platformsExpo on React Native - a single project produces native App Store and Google Play apps, and fixes reach users without waiting for store review.
2. Referral form and commissionsReferral form with a price slider (the referrer sees the margin live), referral status tracking, a panel with a chart and payout history.
3. Catalogue and data validationBrand → category → product hierarchy with smooth list loading; NIP, IBAN and phone validation.

What we built

• Referral form: client details, products from the catalogue and a sale price slider (the referrer sees the margin between minimum and regular price live), ending with a summary and the calculated commission
• Product catalogue - brand → category → product hierarchy with search and smooth list loading; data refreshes in the background without blocking the app
• Earnings panel - a pie chart with commission breakdown per status (pending, approved, paid), monthly aggregates, recent referral list
• Referral status tracking with a visual timeline: new → in progress → in sales → sold/lost
• Referrer data validation: NIP with checksum, IBAN to the European standard, phone in +48 format
• Error monitoring (Sentry) on iOS, Android and web; automated tests via Playwright (web) and Maestro (mobile); code quality checks on every change
