GWISE is a software house from Krakow specialising in custom software for clients worldwide. We build new systems and modernise the ones that have stopped keeping up with the business. We provide end-to-end services covering the design, delivery and maintenance of IT systems: web and mobile applications, CRM systems and e‑commerce solutions.
Our team is made up of experienced specialists - we rely on trust and self-organisation, which lets us run projects effectively and deliver innovative solutions matched to each client's individual needs.
My name is Gracjan Lis and I have been working in IT for over 10 years. I started my career as a developer, which gave me solid technical foundations and a thorough understanding of how projects really work. Over time I moved into management - today I run the GWISE software house, where I am responsible for the growth of the company and oversight of key projects.
I specialise in running projects end to end - from planning, through delivery, to full launch. Experience on both sides - technical and business - lets me translate client goals into concrete solutions and run projects in a way that is structured, predictable and focused on results.
Outside work I value an active lifestyle - I run and cycle regularly, which helps me keep a balance between work and personal life.
