Problem
Offers had to be sent manually to each portal separately (AutoTrader, LeaseLoco, Carwow, Moneyshake, WhatCar). It took many hours, data drifted apart and some offers were already out of date at the moment of publication. Brokers were losing visibility and new customers.
Solution
We built a system that prepares and sends offers to 11+ comparison portals on its own. Each portal requires a different data format - the system generates files in the right format, with all prices fully calculated. The broker chooses which portals to appear on. After performance optimisation, preparing the offers went down from 12 hours to 30 minutes.
Result
Broker offers appear automatically on the biggest UK lease comparison portals and are always up to date. The system sends them on a schedule, with no manual work.
